What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM usually means that the brand provides the formula or product specification and the manufacturer produces it. ODM includes more development support, such as formula, shade and packaging recommendations. The exact scope is agreed for each project.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 3,000 units in total, with a minimum of 1,000 units per color (SKU). Product format, shade count, packaging components and development requirements may affect the final production plan. We confirm the applicable details after reviewing your brief.
Can you work with a reference product?
Yes. A reference product can help us understand the desired texture, finish, color and performance direction. It does not automatically mean the same formula can be reproduced.
Can you develop vegan or fragrance-free products?
We can discuss vegan, fragrance-free, natural-origin and other formulation directions. Final claims depend on the approved formula, raw material documentation and relevant market requirements.
Do you support EU compliance?
We support the preparation and coordination of project information required for EU market documentation. Depending on the project scope, this may include formula information, testing coordination, CPSR and PIF support, label information and CPNP notification preparation.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed before technical information or reference materials are shared.
Who owns the formula and packaging design?
Ownership, exclusivity, development fees and permitted use are defined in the project agreement before development begins.
